Global Child roles on self-hosted to restrict DMs and friends

We currently have a fluxer set up, for our children in our community and friends of friends. We have disabled friends and DMs globally to restrict the children being able to bully through DMs or "hide" from others in group chats. But this put's an unnecessary restrictions on the adults on the server, who actively game together. We have to use discord or other apps to DM each other. Which defeats the purpose of the server.

Add global roles for DM and friend restriction. A child role if you may. So that adults can enjoy the full features and the possibility to unlock it for the kids as they grow up.
