You can (try to) edit other people messages

Reproduction steps

Be in any chat;
Press tab and select a message that isn't made by the current user;
Press "E";
You can edit the message;
When you press enter it gives an error and nothing happens.

Expected behaviour

It's funny but you shouldn't be able to do that.

Actual behaviour

You should be able to only edit your own messages.
