small keyboard UX improvements with the quick switcher

Currently the only way to speed up the process of switching to another account in the quickswitcher is with the numbers 1-9. This is good, but usually another very intuitive way of navigating a UI like this would be with Tab or the arrow keys

The ability to use the arrow keys (tab does kinda do this already but it also tabs to the meatballs-menu of every account which kinda hinders you from using it purely for switching between accounts quickly) to move left and right between the focussed/selected account. Pressing the Spacebar or Enter could then complete the switch
