[Tablet] Message bar does not move into view when opening keyboard

Reproduction steps

  1. Use a tablet (may be android or even samsung tablet only, idk yet)
  2. Open any community channel with send permissions
  3. Open the keyboard by clicking the message bar

Expected behaviour

The message bar moves above the keyboard (to remain in view)

Actual behaviour

The message bar stays behind the keyboard

Version 2026.10.100, Beta 9, Channel Beta, Build 2767, Android 15 (arm64), Device samsung SM-X710, Locale de-DE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.7, Dart 3.13.5

tested on Version 2026.10.100, Beta 9, Channel Beta, Build 767, Android 16 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 24091RPADG, Locale pt-PT, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.7, Dart 3.13.5 Issue also happens. Attached video on h265 (browser not compatible)
