Switching between instances sometimes cause member bar to only render as skeleton

Reproduction steps

  1. Switch from a self hosted instance to fluxer.app
  2. Switch back to the self hosted instance
  3. Repeat these steps up to 5 times since it does not happen every time.

Expected behaviour

The member bar of the shown community displays the community members.

Actual behaviour

The member bar is only rendered as a skeleton. The issie can be resolved by reloading the Client with strg + r (or cmd + r) or by simply restarting the client.

CR: Canary Desktop 2026.1018.223341, Web 2026.1018.223341, Linux 7.2.10-200.fc44.x86_64 (x64), Electron 44.4.1, Chrome 152.0.7977.78, Node 24.21.0, Locale en-US This happens even when switching between accounts on the main fluxer.app instance. I can reproduce it relatively consistently if I have both accounts looking at the same channel when switching, though it's not 100%.
