Summary

When I used this feature, I noticed that you can't type on any channel when checking from the favourites tab. Instead, the bottom menu interfered with the text menu, making it impossible to text. Note that I cannot verify this issue on Android, since I only owned a iPhone. Let me know if this issue occurs there.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Favourites.
  2. Tap on any favourited channel.
  3. You realised that you can't text due to the bottom menu blocking the text menu.
Additionally, you can barely see the typing indicators but blocked by the bottom menu. This is shown in the image provided below.

Environment (optional)

Build: stable build 423 (ae9940b) Browser: Safari 26.4 OS: iOS 18.7 (arm64) (specifically iOS 26.4.2)

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

I'm getting the same issue. I've noticed this for a while too, but I haven't had the chance to also gather screenshots and info about it. But looks like it's a definite bug for the Favorites feature. And the orientation of the screen doesn't matter.

Environment

Tested with Safari Web App on iOS (iPhone 15) and Chromium Web App on Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+).

To be honest, I'm pretty new to reporting issues. Let alone using Github for the first time but thank you.
