Linking a closed thread in another conversation sometimes shows as a not authorized badge

1. Create a forum
2. Create a thread in this forum.
3. Close the thread manually or wait for it to auto-close.
4. Once it is closed, copy its link through contextual menu.
5. Paste the link in any other conversation.

Note: maybe the authorisation issue appears more often if the thread auto closes.

I should be able to link a closed thread as well as an open one.

Liking a closed thread by copying link and pasting link sometimes shows as a badge with a lock and the text "access denied". When clicking on the badge, a pop up says I'm not authorised to view the item.
