Be able to remove the record button from the mobile chat box

Current problem

Currently in the mobile app. There is a forced voice message button in the bottom right of the chat box in a DM or Community. This is not possible to remove.

Proposed change

Add the option in settings "look and feel" or "Chat" To remove this button. As people may not want it. And keep clicking it by mistake. Causing it to be annoying. I am deaf, I do not want this button. And I can't even use it. And it is not possible for me to remove it

Platform

Android, iOS
