Quick reactions shouldn't be available on deleted thread OP's

Reproduction steps

Send a message in a channel where you can create threads
Create a thread from that message
Delete the original message
Mouse over the "Original message was deleted" message in the thread (you may have to navigate through the threads menu at the top right to do this)

Expected behaviour

There should be very limited, if any, ways to interact with a deleted message

Actual behaviour

You can attempt to react to the deleted message. It won't work, and opening console shows 404 errors. These options should probably just not be presented to the user in the first place.
