Invite link embeds become "invalid" after account switching

Reproduction steps

Set up two accounts
Make sure both are looking at the same text channel
From account 1, send https://fluxer.gg/fluxer-hq
Switch accounts
Note the invite embed now says "Unknown invite"
On account 2, send fluxer.gg/fluxer-hq
Note the new invite link still says "Unknown invite"
Ctrl+R to refresh. Now all the invite embeds are fixed

Expected behaviour

Switching accounts should have no bearing on the validity of invite links or their embeds.

Actual behaviour

Switching accounts breaks the embeds for invite links.
