Current problem
When someone stays muted/defeaned in voice channel or private call for long period of time he just hogging server resources and stopping it from falling into C-states.
Proposed change
Add limit key that will set max afk time in voice connections before force disconnect.
It will be also usefull in combination with AFK channels, because users that was moved to afk channels just sit there indefinitely.
