Certain setting links sent on mobile do not embed correctly when viewed on Desktop

Reproduction steps

On your mobile device, in the mobile app, go into Settings, then Chat, then scroll down to Gestures.
Click on the link icon next to Gestures to copy the settings link to clipboard.
Send the link into your personal notes.
View personal notes on desktop / web / PWA.

Expected behaviour

The fluxer:// link would show the same as it does on mobile, and then clicking on it would show a modal saying that this is a mobile app only setting.

Actual behaviour

The raw fluxer:// link is shown, and clicking on it would show a modal saying "Link unavailable" and "This link is not available for your account." This also occurs with Default Apps and App Icon as there is no equivalent for desktop platforms.
