@mention for replies are not togglable in Threads

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a thread with other users inside of it.
  2. Reply to a message by swiping to reply (if enabled) or long tapping a message and hitting reply.

Expected behaviour

I would be able to turn on / off @mentions next to the X button to cancel the reply like I would be able to outside of the thread.

Actual behaviour

No button is provided, so I would only be able to use the default @mention preference, if one has been set for the user. Note: The button to toggle @mentions is available on desktop.
