Streaming privacy does not toggle automatically in Flatpak version

Reproduction steps

Install the Flatpak version of Fluxer
Go to fluxer://settings/user?tab=appearance&section=streamer-mode
Enable Turn on automatically when OBS or Xsplit is detected
Open OBS Studio
Verify that streaming privacy was not enabled

Expected behaviour

Streaming privacy toggles on/off based on whether OBS Studio is open.

I believe Discord has (had?) this issue as well due to the nature of Flatpak sandboxing, and I'm not sure if there is a "proper" way to handle it
If there isn't a correct way for Flatpak environments to handle this, I'd take an API-based option to flip the toggle as a fallback

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens.
