[Linux] Receiving notifications from muted channels while using another account

Reproduction steps

  1. Have access to two accounts in the same guild and sign in to both on Desktop.
  2. On account 1: Make sure desktop notifications are enabled and mute a channel.
  3. Switch to account 2 (CTRL + SHIFT + O - Default bind for account switcher).
  4. On account 2: Ping account 1 in the channel account 1 muted.
  5. Account 1 should receive a notification from account 2 even though the channel is muted.
If the same thing is done while desktop is closed (for example signed into account 1 on mobile and account 2 on web), account 1 on mobile doesn't receive these notifications. If using account 1 on desktop and browsing a different channel when account 2 pings account 1 in the muted channel, account 1 on desktop isn't notified and correctly shows the ping on the guild and muted channel. I tested this on both a self-hosted instance with two accounts and on my Fluxer account. For the official Fluxer side: First getting pinged in a muted channel while using the Fluxer account in another channel and not receiving a desktop notification. Then asking for another ping and quickly switching to a self-hosted account, this time the official Fluxer account ping triggered a desktop notification.

Expected behaviour

Accounts should not receive desktop notifications from muted channels while using a different account.

Actual behaviour

Accounts currently receive desktop notifications from muted channels while using a different account.
