Unable/Having Trouble Joining Voice Chats

Summary

When I click to join a voice channel it says connecting, takes a couple of seconds then it acts like I did not attempt to join. I feel weird saying this, but I expect to join the voice channel

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to join a voice channel
2. Wait for the connection
3. Nothing happens
