Reproduction steps
- Create a community.
- Give at-everyone the "Pin Messages" permission in the community's Roles menu.
- Join the server as a non-admin user
- Post a message in a channel in the community, and pin it.
- As the non-admin user, open the list of pinned messages by clicking the pin icon at the top of the channel.
- Still as the non-admin user, hover over the recently pinned message.
Expected behaviour
Both the [Jump] and [X] buttons appear overlayed on the hovered-over message, as it does for an admin user.
Actual behaviour
Only a [Jump] button appears; you have to manually jump to the message and click the 3 dots to get the option to unpin the message.
