Inbox does not include @everyone or @role mentions you do to yourself

Reproduction steps

  1. Ping yourself with an @role or @everyone mention (preferably in a test community so you don't bother people)
  2. Open the inbox
  3. Click the @ to check mentions

Expected behaviour

I would expect to see these mentions to appear in the inbox even though I did it to myself.

Actual behaviour

@role and @everyone mentions do not appear. Notably mentioning yourself (e.g. @Fullest) does appear in the inbox, which leads me to believe this behavior is unintended.
