Streams randomly buffer infinitely when leaving voice channel view

Reproduction steps

Join voice chat with two (or more) streams
Spectate two (or more) streams
Exit & return to voice channel view (press back, swipe right, etc.)
Repeat Step 3 until stream buffers

Expected behaviour

The streams are still visible when viewing them in the voice channel view, regardless of focus.

Actual behaviour

One or more streams—specifically, streams that aren't the focused one (i.e. the stream that becomes previewed when exiting voice channel view)—buffer infinitely when returning to the voice channel view. Leaving and rejoining affected streams does not amend the issue.
