Category Access Control does not include Audio & Video permissions

Summary

I looked for similar issues but couldn't find any, so forgive me if this was already reported. When you edit Access Control for a server's category, you get overrides for Channel Access, Channel Management as well as Messages & Media. Below is a screenshot showing Access Control for a category: image Critically, this section is lacking overrides for Audio & Video, or the permissions relating to voice channels. I am only able to edit these overrides on a per-channel basis, which quickly becomes cumbersome to set up on a server with many categories and channels. Steps to reproduce

1. Go to edit a server category.
2. Click Access Control.
3. Verify that Audio & Video overrides are not present here.
