Allow Swipe to Show Channel Details to target entire chat area, not just messages

Currently, when you change the Swipe Right to Left setting on mobile to Show Channel Details, it will only work when swiping on a message specifically, just like how Swipe to Reply works. Unfortunately, this results in scenarios where I want to check the user list only for the input to not work because I accidentally swiped over a small gap between messages rather than the "message box" area.

It would be great if the target area of the swipe gesture could be changed to work across the entire chat surface area so there isn't any chance of it not working if you happen to coincidentally swipe a section of the screen that isn't considered to be part of a message. IMO it doesn't make sense for it to work the way it currently does just because it's also how Swipe to Reply works, they don't serve the same purpose.

In the attached files I included an example video I recorded showing the issue I'm having with the current implementation, using the date indicator between message groups to show it off because it's a consistent target.
