"Start minimized" option not working on Windows 11

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Fluxer Windows app
  2. Go to Settings > App settings > Windows app
  3. Enable the "Launch Fluxer at login" and "Start minimized" options
  4. Log out of or restart the computer
  5. Log back in

Expected behaviour

Fluxer should start in the background, minimized. No window should pop up.

Actual behaviour

The Fluxer window appears and stays until manually closed.
