Initial join date and last joined date

People want to show their tenure in a server but that becomes a problem when a user leaves the server and comes back for any reason including personal issues, time away, issues within the server, etc. so what if there were 2 different join dates. That lets people know both that a user is familiar with the server and if they've ever left and came back for any reason.

Add two different join dates: Initial Join Date (when they first joined) and Last Joined Date (when they most recently joined. Give users a setting to display Initial, Last, or both on their profile inside a server.
