ability to jump to a blocked user's message (via reply/search/message link)

(#4066) Feature Open: Under consideration desktop mobile search

Current problem

Users frequently may find themselves in the same communities as people they've blocked (myself being one). Often, users want to read the chat and understand the full context of the current/previous conversations, but are unable to do so when blocked users are involved, because you're unable to jump to their messages when replied to, in a search result, or otherwise linked in conversation. The current "solution" is to temporarily unblock someone, jump to their messages, and re-block, which is not only 1) annoying, but 2) bad for Fluxer's look, as it means users are indirectly encouraged to unblock people to engage with a chat.

Proposed change

I propose the ability to jump to a blocked user's message. I don't mind if there's a popup menu confirming I want to do that in certain contexts, but it shouldn't be up to the developers to decide how users engage in chat with people they have enough reason to block yet share a community with. Do note that some methods of jumping to blocked users' messages still work, but this is also advocating against it changing for them (it also varies on web/mobile.
