Animated webp preview doesn't animate depending on android animator duration settings

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to android developer settings and set "Transition animation scale" and/or "Animator duration scale" to 0x
  2. Restart fluxer and observe an animated webp file (not an embed).

Expected behaviour

Animated webp file preview animates.

Actual behaviour

Animated webp file preview doesn't animate.
