Current problem
My favorited emojis / custom emotes are all jumbled up, and I can't even tell what order it's using. Adding a new favorite sometimes puts it at the beginning, but sometimes in the middle of my favorited emotes. However, I want to keep my emotes organized. I don't want to need to unfavorite and the refavorite everything to try and change how the emotes are ordered.
Proposed change
Allow users to reorder favorited emotes. Maybe a button by the "Favorited" header of the emoji menu?
