This animated webp hangs on upload, but does eventually make it

The image should upload normally.

The image uploads, but the progress bar gets stuck at 100% and hangs there for a few minutes. At this point, even if the upload gets cancelled, it will eventually get posted to the chat. There's something weird about this specific file, I guess, as another animated webp that was tested uploads fine with no issues.
