Ability to toggle embed visibility per-embed for oneself

Frequently, embeds containing images are very colourful and bright, which can be a migraine trigger. Sometimes it's desirable to be able to hide them until I'm able to tolerate bright images, without disabling embeds entirely.

Provide a button toggle to collapse or expand embeds, per embed, with a setting to have them collapsed by default.
