Additional configuration for system tray unread message badge

The unread message badge on the system tray currently displays whenever any message is sent in any community.

I would like options to change what kind of messages trigger the unread badge from a combination of normal messages, mentions, and dms. Alternatively, the unread badge could instead respect the per-community notification settings, and only display when a message that would trigger a notification is sent.
