Implement unread indicator for tray icon

The Fluxer destop app tray icon does not change when you have unread messages, I'm using it to see quickly if I have unread messages without having to open the full app.

The tray icon should have an unread indicator dot just like other messaging apps (Discord, Mattermost, Slack all have them).
