Current problem
When a user requests to join a self hosted server they get quietly placed into a wait list without notification to the admins. If the list isn't consistently checked users can wait a long time before allowed to join
Proposed change
Using the system notification bot or some other notification bot would aid in notifying admins that a user is waiting to join
