Edit history: Screen share codec differs between settings and software decoding banner

Reproduction steps

1.) Keep default settings under Settings > Advanced > Media

VP9 is automatically selected in my case

2.) Watch screen share from the other user in call 3.) Get banner notification saying H264 is being used for software decoding Hardware acceleration is enabled if that makes any difference

Expected behaviour

Not get a banner notification about a different video codec being used

Getting a banner notification about a different codec being used
