Reproduction steps
- Click on the profile picture of the system account and bring up the user profile.
- Click the (...) button and select "Report profile".
- Go through the steps to make a report.
- View reported account in the admin reports section.
Expected behaviour
System account should probably be immune to user reports, considering their messages are already unable to be reported.
Actual behaviour
Can report the user account.
