Member role updates do not show up correctly in the audit log

Reproduction steps

  1. Add or remove a role from a user
  2. View the audit log entry

Expected behaviour

An entry stating "Moderator updated roles for user" or "Moderator added/removed role from user"

Actual behaviour

The message says "Moderator updated roles for role"
