Add variable to set IP for LiveKit over IPv6

Current problem

I have a dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 connection, but when self-hosting, IPv4 works fine but I don't see how to use IPv6 with Fluxer. I use Nginx in front of fluxer, so for the web (80/443) traffic it's easy, both IPv4 and IPv6 requests are forwarded to Nginx. However for voice: With IPv4, if fluxer.example.com points at 1.2.3.4, thanks to NAT (never thought I'd say this) it automatically "splits" the traffic; 80/443 go to Nginx, and 7881 and 7882 go to my Fluxer host. With IPv6, since it's globally routable, I cannot have fluxer.example.com pointing at different addresses for 80/443 and 7881/7882.

Proposed change

Add a separate variable to be able to set LiveKit to another domain.

Platform

Self-hosting

Additional information

I saw FLUXER_LIVEKIT_URL in the doc but I think that's only signalling, not actual voice/media. I'm thinking about changing FLUXER_LIVEKIT_NODE_IP but it seems to only accept a single IP, not a domain not an IPv4/IPv6 combo.
