Wenn I follow an announcement channel of a community hosted on fluxer.com I can choose a target channel of a community hosted on fluxer.com only, but not of a community on a selfhosted server
Proposed change
I like to follow announcement channels with a target channel on my self hosted Fluxer server, even if the source channel is on fluxer.com or another self hosted server
