Cloning Media/Forum channels - Add toggle to clone tags as well

When creating a set of forum/media channels that are supposed to have the same tags, but are meant for different environments for example, you have to set the same tags individually for each such channel.

Cloning the channel and adding a toggle that clones the same tags in the same order would be very helpful for such purposes.
