Push to Talk 'Release Delay' unable to set to values above 500ms

Reproduction steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Voice (fluxer://settings/user?tab=voice_video&section=audio)
  2. Enable 'Push to Talk'
  3. Set 'Release Delay' to 1000/1500/2000ms
  4. Value does not apply correctly, defaulting back to 20ms.

Expected behaviour

The selected 1000ms, 1500ms, 2000ms do not apply.

Actual behaviour

The selected 1000ms, 1500ms and 2000ms default to 20ms.
