Mobile theme color reset button likes to go to #000000 on default color

(#3962) Bug Open: Needs triage mobile theming ui

Reproduction steps

  1. Open settings
  2. Look & feel
  3. (Optional) Ensure Sync theme across devices is disabled (just a precaution in case you have custom tokens you don't want to lose)
  4. Configure theme colors
  5. (Optional) Ensure the two Theme Studio sync options are disabled. same reason as 3. Doesn't actually impact the bug.
  6. Tap on the color dropper for any color
  7. Tap the reset button. If you had a custom color set beforehand, this will reset to the default color. But if you had the default color or do steps 6 and 7 again, it will change that token to #000000

Expected behaviour

When the color is already default, either the reset button shouldn't work or tapping it should do effectively nothing.

Actual behaviour

When the color is already default, tapping Reset makes the color token go to #000000 instead of just staying where it is. When the color is not default, the Reset button works correctly.
