Current problem
On desktop, the "Click to react" emojis in the hover menu are a significant source of unintended reacts due to the menu's automatic activation method.
Proposed change
Provide users the option to remove emojis entirely from the hover menu.
The other buttons - Add reaction, Reply, Forward, More - do not cause the above issue. This is due to an additional step being required to confirm those respective actions, whether it be selecting an emoji, writing a message, or selecting from the More dropdown menu.
