PWA fails to load on iOS 16

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to web.fluxer.app on a device running iOS 16

Expected behaviour

It either works or you get a "this device is not supported" error message

Actual behaviour

You get a generic "failed to connect" error screen

iOS 16.6, iPhone X

Status changed from Fix pending to Awaiting confirmation
The app now loads on browsers without AbortSignal.any, including Safari and installed web apps on iOS 16.
