[Self-Hosted] Support Linking Email with Username-Based Authentication

Currently, it’s not possible to link an email address to accounts when using username-based authentication. However, this would be useful as both a password reset method and a second factor for authentication.

Add the option for users to provide an email address during sign-up (optional) or link one to their account later.
