Ability to hide list of threads on channels and forums similar to hiding chanels of category

well currently it can get pretty long with all the threads and channels. what i like to do is to hide channels in categories i dont want to see atm, but i can't do that with threads

I want to be able to hide all the threads of selected channel/forum similar to how you able to hide channels of a category
