Dragging a category to reorder it does nothing in the desktop app

Summary

Cant move or organize channels in the Fluxer desktop app. Tried to move a category up in the tree or layout and it doesn't move.

Steps to reproduce

1 - Grabbed a category 2 - Dragged it up to the desired location 3 - Dropped it in the location desired 4 - Nothing happened
