Keep scroll state when switching channels

(#3938) Feature Open: Under consideration desktop mobile

Current problem

If I go to another channel and back, I start at first unread message again rather than whatever I managed to scroll to already (client doesn't seem to keep track of scroll state in any way once I switch channels) - it's a bit annoying when someone forwards a message from another channel or posts a jump url and I jump to it since, when I go back, I won't see the message I clicked the jump link in.

Proposed change

I'd like Fluxer client to keep the scroll state of the channel in memory when I move between channels. Please note that I explicitly dislike when a client jumps to present and definitely prefer that Fluxer jumps to first unread message (which I believe was implemented with https://feedback.fluxer.com/p/1371/jump-directly-to-the-last-read-message-when-opening-a-chan-w) but nonetheless, having the channel in the client remain at the location I was at before I switched channels would be even more preferrable.
