status endpoint for selfhost services

api health is a developer facing endpoint not a user one and is a non-verbose summary

adding /status which would show a user facing page that shows the health of individual configured services that fluxer is composed of, including configured voice servers would need to live in a point that communicates with the rest of the services already and can be available if the main entry point is not available unless the path to that is unavailable, just health status of individual things for now, no logging or anything sensitive.
