Allow customizing what actions are available in message action bar

I'm a frequent user of the "Mark as unread" action. Sadly, that option is only available in the context menu or when I hold the Shift key to expand the action bar. Since I often hold a drink in my other hand, while scrolling through messages, using the Shift key with that hand is not really an option, leaving me with having to use the context menu. I'd much rather have that button be present in the collapsed version of message action bar.

I think that the desktop client should allow configuring what actions are available in the message action bar. Currently, I can only configure whether it includes quick reactions and few other options that don't help me achieve this: pasted-image-1.png
