Keyboard shortcuts work, but context menu does not for pasting

Summary

When pasting into the message box, it seems that keyboard shortcuts now work, but the context menu options do not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy a link.
2. Paste it using CTRL+V, observe expected behavior
3. Try to paste it using the right- / cmd-click context menu, observe that nothing happens
