Reproduction steps
1.Self-hosted instance
2.Create an account using the invitation link, or register the account directly.
3.The registration interface is in the language of the browser. After successful registration, it will change to English.
Expected behaviour
Automatically set the account language based on the browser language when the account is first opened.
Actual behaviour
The user account is always in English.
