Add account button goes out of view after 4 accounts are added

Reproduction steps

Create 4 accounts
Log into all of them
Switch Accounts -> Manage Accounts

Expected behaviour

The overlay resizes or moves icons around to fit everything on screen

Actual behaviour

The big + circle is almost out of view

Not really a bug, it has a scroll bar on the bottom so all the accounts are still accessible. this should be a feature request for improval of the ui instead.
